[SDK-2031] Readme section for running demo apps

Changes:

  1. Add good instructions for understanding the project structure and the sample apps. Wrote it from the perspective that a non iOS person such as our own developer success people could follow and run the apps.
  2. It was getting long so I decided to write it in a sub readme to keep the main one short. It can be seen here: https://github.com/stytchauth/stytch-ios/blob/nfakhouri-sdk-2031/tutorials/NavigatingTheProject.md
