Alphabetize Settings Left Hand Menu #257

Left hand menu should be in alphabetical order instead of the order features were added. It gets a bit confusing visually trying to find services, especially as the list of features grows.

Everything is now in alphabetic order, but maybe we need to make some exceptions. Like Gereral always at the top and 'other Apps' and Style always at the bottom?

To be honest the first I tried was to have general, styles and other on top with a divider between them and the rest of the modules. I think that was the best solution, but I couldn't get the divider class to work.

Okei. It's already done on my local. I'll push and make a new pr when I get some time.
