uTorrent Suggestion #262

hi guys,

Fantastic project. Just a suggestion really, but does uTorrent allow you to set the u/l and d/l limit's through the API? if so, would it be possible to allow this management through HTPC Manager?

It's possible http://www.utorrent.com/community/developers/webapi#devs9 Someone just have to add it.
