feature request: add lidarr #401

Radarr and Sonarr are already supported, so i guess it would just need minor adaptations.

Another +1 for this... Using Link for now (work around)

Which BTW, seems buggy, every time I reorganize the order of the "Other Apps" in the Menu... save, then refresh, it ends up back at the End. You also can't click and hold to re-order an "Other Apps" in the menu or it will launch the link in a new tab.... so you have to move everything around it...
