Send mail to Szydlo

Feature idea: Add an option to automatically send an email to Mr. Szydlo and Synerga, notifying them about an event in the club (and asking for an increase of the air conditioning level).

It has to:

• be opt-in
• allow choosing the recipients
• ignore repeating states (i.e. regular openings).
