When I use a C-type-mesh to simulate my case (such as NACA0012), do I need to merge two wake domain? #2322

As the fig in the following, there are 2 domain overlapping domain in the wake ragion of my C-type mesh, did I need to merge them to 1 domain? If I need merge them, what should I do in the code of p3d2su2.py?
