Move to module, better terminal output, libgen script #50

Major:

move scripts to module
add ask_libgen.py which downloads documents from libgen to answer questions
add formatting for the terminal
Make classes in ingest.py and startLLM.py to make them reusable

Minor:

update readme env
ingest.py computes embeddings batched
