Improvements #19

Some improvements I made before using it, that may be useful for others as well.

Thank you for your input, @tobbez! I can't maintain a script that should reliably trigger a bug without possessing the hardware to test it. That is why I won't accept changes to the code anymore.

Please make a fork and I will add a link to it in the README.

@tobbez if you are interested, I'll make a fork of the code. While I don't have any problematic CPU at hand, I'm ready to improve, support and spend time to support others. The only thing right now is that my Linux setup won't boot up after my last updates for some reason that I have to find out. I'm running under Windows for now and I should be able to fix my Linux setup in the next few days.

@tobbez sorry for the delay, my main partition got corrupted in the days following my last comment. I had time to fix it in the last few days. I'd gladly merge your pull request if you are still interested under my fork.
