Version 0.3.1 breaks oc 8.2.11 #37

After installing it (removed version 0.1, installed 0.3.1) oc 8.2.11 does not work anymore.

Thanks for the hint. I will increase the min version, because 8.2 has reached his end of life as you can see here: https://github.com/owncloud/core/wiki/Maintenance-and-Release-Schedule
