Dialog on Dialog is not layered correctly #101

Describe the bug When a Dialog is put on top of another Dialog, the both Dialogs are shown together with no scrim separating it. Both scrims seem to be shown together as well, both behind the 2 Dialogs.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set 2 Dialogs 2 open
  2. See the weird layering

Expected behavior The layers should be Dialog 2, Scrim 2, Dialog, Scrim 1, from top to bottom.
