Describe the bug
When Progress is placed right after Page Header, it fills the entire screen and stops short of the Navigation Rail, which is expected. However, even when the Navigation Rail is not present, Progress still leaves the space for it.
To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Place Progress right after Page Header in a page without Navigation Rail
See it stopping short of the left edge
Expected behavior
It should fill the entire screen width when Navigation Rail is not present.
