Describe the idea Since SK Components is based on Material Design, it makes sense that the requirement of ripple effects extend to here as well. There is none currently.

How this helps User input is more obvious.

In 3.0, Button and stateLayerEffect (the ReSKCom 3.0 equivalent to has-action) now has a ripple effect similar to those found in Material Design specifications.
