Use minified JS and CSS files #1

I will replace them at the end, I still don't know what other files I might need

Are you going to do modifications to the CSS files itself ? If not, put the minified ones right away. Else.. It can wait till the end

sure will replace them soon what would be a good build mgmt system for python

Sadly none that I know of :D we'll figure it out..
