Support Storage Format #47

Considering that Confluence doesnt support anymore wiki markup as input for the 
pages (in face if you type wiki markup in the editor it is converted into the 
Storage Format) would it be possible to support also Storage Format in this 
plugin?

OK. If I refer to:
  https://developer.atlassian.com/display/CONFDEV/Confluence+XML-RPC+and+SOAP+APIs
I imagine you use the V1 of the API, where you can publish pages in wiki markup 
format.
If you use the V2, you should be able to support the "StorageFormat" easily.
Ideally playing with the extension of the files (wiki.v1 or wiki.v2) your 
plugin should be able to use one or the other API...

PS: do you have any date for the 3.3.0? approximately.... I was really waiting 
for the issue 38...that is very important for my use-case.

I've unscheduled this issue because at the moment the wiki format seems works 
well also upon release of confluence 5.x and above
