Improve French translation #29

Thanks for PR, localization is a part which entirely depends on community contributions and build systems frown upon incomplete translations.

Way of working on this project is to first develop new version on separate branch and then merge it with master. So, please base your PR on current dev branch (v1.7-dev) and consider translating newly introduced strings.

Also, how do you want to be listed in translation credits (About screen)?

@subchannel13 Weblate makes translation easy and they offer free hosting for foss
