Change idea: uncouple researchers and banishers #37

Maybe better introduce one more character class (priests) with corresponding skill (spirituality). It should affect the speed of banishing without helping improve other skills. Research level should only affect skill advancement, not banishing process.

The "banish demons" action may be abandoned. Or it can switch priests from passive supression mode to active banishing mode (this requires cooperation between researchers and clergy, so no research in such turns).
