Version 0.6 requirement
Hot seat multiplayer. If there are multiple "local human" players the game core
should rotate them before ending the turn. Player order should not be dictated
by core (both model and controller).
Decide whether view should automatically select next player (like in Heroes of
Might & Magic III) or let players choose each time (like in Master of Orion II).
