I am not adding this myself as I have not tried noosphere in action and therefore can not provide accurate and concise description.

Thanks for the nomination @Self-Perfection ! We do make use of IPFS, although our actual relationship to it is somewhat nuanced. I think I would feel more comfortable if someone from the Protocol Labs community felt inspired to suggest that we be added.
