Include Grasshopper and Rhino libraries into the project #5

This PR includes the Grasshopper and Rhino libraries into the project. For easy debugging, run your Rhino and run command (from the command line): GrasshopperDeveloperSettings and add your bin folder.

If this is what was missing, then feel free to merge.
