write documentation #21

we should document how to use this tor control port filter daemon... this should possibly include systemd installation and configuration file setup as well as demonstrating usage with various tor control port using programs such as tor browser, onioncircuits, ricochet and the subgraph gnome-shell plugin.

i wrote some stuff in the readme about my manual installation and configuration of roflcoptor, torrc, systemd unit file, configuration directory with filter rulesets. ideally the debian package would take care of all this and we should only have to document the roflcoptor config file and how to write a filter ruleset. leaving this ticket open for now.
