I made a fresh install last night. It worked fine. As for Tor Browser, when I initially clicked its icon, it downloaded the software. After it had finished, I could not start the Tor Browser until I shutdown the Torbrowser Launcher sandbox. That's fine.
Today, the Tor Browser still worked. I tried to install signal-desktop without success (using apt). After a while, I noticed that I could not start the Tor Browser anymore. I also could not run chromium anymore too. I looked for a solution for a while and noticed this error message in daemon.log:
Nov 18 13:19:22 subgraph oz-daemon[2891]: 2017/11/18 13:19:22 [torbrowser-launcher] Failed to setup filesytem: failed to create empty directory '/opt': stat /opt: no such file or directory
So, I did "sudo mkdir /opt", and both Tor Browser and chromium is now working once again. However, when I listed the files in /opt, I found nothing. Am I supposed to set anything on the /opt directory?
