Network connectivity failure in SGOS as installed VirtualBox guest w/ Ubuntu 15.10 as host OS #88

tor does not egress (nor does anything else) as an installed VirtualBox guest with Ubuntu 15.10 as host OS. Appears to be related to macouflag, even though the interface does get a valid local IP address. After the user was instructed to reset the vendor MAC address via macouflage, general connectivity resumed and tor was able to function. Reboot after macouflage MAC reset resulted in the same: first no network connectivity fixable by MAC address reset.

User reported this occuring in both bridged & NAT mode.

It finally worked for me on ...

ii virtualbox 5.0.14-dfsg-0ubuntu1.15.10.1

... by adjusting right time and tz in my VM.

@kernel23 it's really best to leave the tz in UTC, just making sure the time is correct
