[SWOC'24] Website is not working. #21

Describe the bug

There are so many errors in the website.
Website is not designed properly.
Irregular syntaxing.
Wrong, improper and unusual code.

To Reproduce

I will resolve the errors and fixing the syntax of the code.
Making the code clean and consice to understand betterly.
Using new syntax for the elements to render.

Expected behavior

Make website clean and refactor again.

@subh05sus please assign this task to me to fix the error and refactor the website again. This will be a great contribution under SWOC'24 to build and refactor this website.

After that issue, i will definitely complete my first task (Back to Top Button).
