added voice to text #33

Update Python (app.py):

Modify the get_request_json function to check for the voiceText field and use it as the question.Update JavaScript (script.js):

Add a function to start voice recognition and populate the hidden form field.Update HTML (chat3.5.html):

Add a button for voice input and a hidden form field for the transcribed text.
