NPE in Client.send #26

If a call fails in Client.submitRestRequest than Response.parseRestResponse
will throw a NPE because there is no response body to parse. This happens
for example if you get a 401 from the server.

I don't want to sound rude and maybe I have gotten something wrong here. If
so please excuse this, but I really think you guys should reconsider your
versions. How can a library be released as 1.0 if such a method doesn't
even check the response code?
