Only Running then Close itself #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I dont know 
2. Using jdk1.6.0_14 is recomended since it won't open on jdk8
3. Still cant find the best solution to run the program properly, perhaps 
reinstalling your OS will solve the problem. but it will give more hassle than 
result since it is still only a theory

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect this program will run smoothly yet it close itself automatically

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
pssav_windows.exe
on windows 8
I have tried to do compatibility trouble shoot with all windows version:
windows vista, xp, 7 and 8 and still no result at all

Please provide any additional information below.
