issue with versions #1

Hey! there is an issue with the versions when ever i give an input like 4.2 or 5.2 something float its alws installing 5.1 and with some error fix it fucker asap .

well i came accross the issue sometimes age will fix it in 1 hour

Now new version launched whre floating point no input is fixed it will take only integer number though but in case someone give floating point it ill install laravel 5.* and this is the fastest installer rather than the last one
