Fibers stats #13

The fiber stats does not update correctly on every fibers dataset. Controls are 
currently disable.

Also the stats aren't calculate on the filtered (lenght, subsample) fibers. 
Maybe a checkbox control should be add to the panel, to enable or not the 
fibers filtering for the fiber stats.
