Add toolbar button and update documentation #2

Thank you for your pull request.

However the icon is really low quality and the code also does not work.

Maybe having a toolbarbutton is not much faster than clicking the menuitem, so I will leave it as it is for now ...

I am not sure of what you mean, I have been using the code for a couple of weeks. The button itself is modeled after the one from the SVG plugin. It is small but it has to be if I am not mistaken.

I will test the code once again to make sure.
