Added several internal fierlds which are not to be exported to DataCite (internal_)
improved seperation of collections and internal_institution
Upgrade to Open Refine 3.2 final
geoLocations of institutions are now SOLR "location"s in field internal_geoLocation
added field internal_geoLocation_facet to allow for classic facetting
minor bugfix
