Having difficulties... I would like to have a kind of heart shaped flow going in the board room. Two tables set up diagonally the ball can launch around. Executives can be hit either directly or by htiting on the side ramps which circle around the table and launch the ball down into the middle where the tables come together.
The problem is getting the geometry just right. I'm wondering if the room is not tall enough to make this flow work with strictly collision polygons. I may have to come up with some kind of rail solution where you hit the ball and if it hits a certain spot, it is automatically carried around the edge of the table.
I don't have much of a plan for this area yet. The only two stages I have planned at the moment are CEO Office and CEO dungeon. To trigger these you simply have to blow up all the executives in the board room. At this point I'm not sure what the geometry should look like. Either a big round table and the execs spin around it, or a more complex shape... Or perhaps the shapes could change? Multiple stages? A time-based thing? Maybe you have to destroy them all in a certain amount of time or they respawn and the shape changes. Don't know.
Anyway, when you trigger the entrance the first time, a secret elevator will descend from above to take you to the CEO's office.
If you defeat the CEO, and trigger the elevator a second time, instead of descending from above, one will come out of the floor and take you down to the CEO dungeon. This might be a second boss fight, like a big skeleton or something or maybe it'll be something else.
CEO Battles I think the CEO battles may have a similar feel to the Employee of the month battle. I think you will essentially have to battle a big guy that shoots projectiles at you. Setting, what they shoot at you, what the dungeon is like... not sure.
They should also probably spawn waves of little guys that impede your path to the big guy. I think there will probably be two stages... First stage they will be stationary, spawning waves of guys and shooting stuff. You hit them three times, and then maybe they start moving - second stage, flying from one side of the screen to the other and shooting waves of stuff at you. You have to time your shot right so you can lob it over the wave and hit the big guy. I think you probably have to hit them more than three times. We'll see.
