Limited Resolution after attaching screen #126

Describe the bug The terminal resolution switches to half the screen vertically when connecting and detaching the "screen" session.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

_screen -R testscreen
ctrl a+d
use any command like iptraf-ng/ cat any file with long lines.
The terminal resolution is half till we dis-connect and reconnect

Expected behavior The terminal will resume like it was before

I can confirm this is an issue, and the only issue that annoys me with snowflake. Running latest jar version as of today, with OpenJDK 11
