Put on top of Readme why the project was renamed #145

It's very unclear why the project was renamed and makes me feel untrustworthy. A simple sentance or two would go a long way, especially when thescreenshot titles are still "Snowflake". If someone wants to give me the "why" I'll start a pull with it the places it needs to be.

Speaking of window titles, has someone done a search and looked at all the places we can do an easy replace or has that already been done?

Thanks for your suggestion. I have updated the readme with reason. The title has already been updated in code, but not yet released as version because it contains many breaking changes and still not ready for production.
