Directories on top when sorting #153

Changed FolderView sorting to make sure directories and dir links are always on the top of the list.

Current behaviour:

Muon-sorting-old Folders could be on top or on bottom of the list.

New behaviour:

Muon-sorting-new Folders are always on top. It's true for sorting by name, modified time, size, permissions, and owner.
