No, just quicker tab switching

It would be really nice if one could switch terminal sessions by tabs, as it makes it easier to navigate them
Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternative is to use the drop down, which means it harder to remember which session is for what and switching takes more clicks and more precise mouse movement
