"XDM-App-Host Has Stopped Working"

I'm currently using the following: Win 10 Home x64, 16 GB RAM, SSD, Firefox, the latest version of XDM, Adguard, and Avast Free, all updated.

I get the following error each time I close the browser:

"xdm-app-host has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program."

However, XDM works correctly.

So far, I've tried the following, but the problem persists:

Use Edge.

Remove Avast.

Use another PC that doesn't use Adguard.

I haven't tried the following yet, but I'll let you know how it goes:

Cleanboot.

Update the graphics driver.

Remove any optimizer tweaks.

OK, I found the cause: I disabled error reporting in the OS.
