I think a select all option should be great in the media grabber section to download all files. #44

I prefer download in mass , so it is quite annoying when i can not just use a select all option when i have only the necessary files. It would be great if a download all option is also given in the browser extension.

Need this. xdm automatically takes over the download from the browser usually without grabbing the proper filename.
