XDM captures random files

Describe the bug For example, if you add "PNG" file format to the browser monitoring setting, any PNG that in the website somehow downloaded by the XDM

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open XDM
2. Open Settings > Browser Monitoring
3. Scroll down to "XDM will automatically take over download...."
4. Add "PNG" to the list
5. Try opening a PNG with and without XDM (for example: https://www.redditstatic.com/avatars/defaults/v2/avatar_default_1.png). Without XDM, load normally. With XDM it will captures

Expected behavior XDM should not captures if for example png is found on the website. XDM should only captures when the browser see a Downloads API (cmiiw)

Additional context See also #768 (comment). This bug probably because now XDM doesnt captures from browser downloads anymore (previous version will wait the browser to capture, and cancel it) Video (Click the image):
