Everytime Chrome Opens XDM Register link Pop-up #1079

XDM is currently being re-written to be more user friendly and performant, please refer to (https://github.com/subhra74/xdm/discussions/768) for more information

Describe the bug Everytime chrome opens there 3 tabs opened with asking to register with XDM then nothing happens. This happens when

  1. open chrome
  2. open new tab in chrome
  3. within few random intervals

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. 'Install XDM Beta and Extension Beta'
  2. 'Restart Chrome' or 'open ta new tab'
  3. See pop-ups

Expected behavior Should not pop-up
