Help and support links in app not working

Describe the bug The current help & support option in the app is trying to load a redirect off your old site: https://subhra74.github.io/xdm/redirect.html?target=support

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Download Manager interface
2. Click the Help & Support link in the lower right-hand corner, or from the system menu.

Expected behavior A support website loads
