Describe the bugTo Reproduce** Everytime i try to download a video from tubi i get this error after it reaches 100% downloaded. It still occupies the total file space it took to donwload in the temp folder but it just doesn't convert to get the single video file.

To Reproduce Any video on tubi. Maybe it's a known bug that happens with other sites or this site it isn't supposed to be supported i don't know, but the thing is that it download the full size of the file itself it just can't append it/convert it.

I have a similar issue on my laptop and my tablet since I installed the newest version.

roba953 commented 4 years ago

I uninstalled version 7.2.11 and re-installed version 7.2.10. I was able to resume downloads.

bahramdolati commented 4 years ago

I have the same problem after installing version 7.2.11. I uninstalled this version completely and deleted all related files (i.e /opt/xdman and ~/.xdman/) then I installed 7.2.10 version but encountered the same problem. Xdm was working perfectly before any of this. It seems It has a problem with writing privileges. Because when I run it under sudo and root, it works without any problem (Of course in this scenario it saves files into /root/Downloads). But when I run it under standard user, It gives an error that says it can't append/convert. Besides that, I don't have storage problems definitely. Because the file I am downloading is 4MB and I have 87GB free space on my drive. Also, I am running Ubuntu 20.04.

I've had the same problem with 7.2.11. As suggested in a previous post, I switched back to 7.2.10 and it started working. This is on Windows 8.

buddudevelopers commented 4 years ago

Same issue with 7.2.11 when downloading large videos from xvideos :) The issue occurs sporadically and is hard to reproduce but has happened twice. Again downgrading to 7.2.10 solves the issue

Ormendahl commented 4 years ago

This solution fixed my problem.

kpilkk commented 4 years ago

I had the same problem. I renamed my file as the name was too long and this solved my problem. My OS is Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS.

try shortening the filename using "Save As" then "Resume" download. It works

tikendraw commented 1 year ago

I uninstalled version 7.2.11 and re-installed version 7.2.10. I was able to resume downloads.

Did it deleted all this unfinished data? Or not? / Do I have to download it again?

Overlrd commented 1 year ago

same problem, i'm on Ubuntu 22.04. I switch to version 10.2.10 but the issue persist

Overlrd commented 1 year ago

Ubuntu 22.04 Firefox XDM 10.2.10
