using vpn extension in Firefox browser monitoring get automatically disabled. but the vpn extension activated in chrome did not disable browser monitoring. and the last thing is size of set file is too big comparing to other Download managers.

So in short the issue remaining as it is. For now we have have switch into another browser if we are on VPN or Proxy network. and using some GNU-Linux Distro which have there Default Browser M. Firefox.
