XDM Opens in New Tab Asking For Acceptance Each Time Browser is Opened #602

Why do I have to select "Accept" to continue each time I open my browser? I use Firefox at work and at home. This happens each time I start Firefox in both locations.

This seems to be happening every time Firefox is open now too. the link that comes up is moz-extension://b3f0fbc4-0afe-4edb-a4dd-7c233081cfff/consent.html This should come up with the welcome screen at the time of the add-on being installed, but I don't see the need for this being in the browser extension.

This issue seems to related to browser data being cleared after close down. When Firefox is set to remember history and data, this issue doesn't arise. But other extensions bring up consent page only once even when Firefox is set to never remember history. So clearly this is a bug.
