1 year ago I have exactly the same problem.
Loading image from url: jar:file:/opt/xdman/xdman.jar!/icons/xxhdpi/icon.png
Error setting Dock icon
The icon is showing at the top left corner of the desktop instead of in the panel. In the panel where the icon should be there is a black space.
The problem only occurred when I updated linux mint 21.1 all other versions of linux mint work normally?

PLEASE DO NOT JUST SAY "It does not work, or something not working etc." Provide enough relevent details so that the issue can be analyzed and reproduced easily
Describe the bug
After booting, icon shows up on the top left of the window and on the taskbar, there's a blank spot where the icon was supposed to show up.
