XDM BETA Language List Empty

Describe the bug Can't choose App language

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Navbar'
2. Click on 'Language'
3. Language dropdown list empty

Expected behavior Language list showing and can be choose.

• XDM addon Version: 1.3
• XDM Version: 8.0.18 BETA

• Tried to launch App with this command /opt/xdman/xdm-app %U, but there is no log/error
