i cant see the chapters box in internet explorer #70

This browser does not exist, sorry. Try using a browser that does exist, for example Firefox ESR.

Joking aside, I was planning to do graceful degradation for low-end devices but it's very very low in the priority. Check if the frontpage loads the chapter list fine.
