RPM package #446

We need a rpm package :(

I tried the pip install but didn't work, seems to be broken.

I don't create packages for operating systems that I don't use. If the community wants to package this for RPM, then I'm willing to add it as an install method in the README, but it will be the responsibility of the community to maintain.
