Adds template and instructions for building a new Docker container that runs Nginx with a custom certificate.

To use:

On the system where you wish to run Sublime, follow steps 1-3 here
On the same system, clone this repository
cd to ./sublime-platform and follow the instructions in the README
Open your browser to https://<your-ip-or-domain> to begin using Sublime!
