Qs:

~Should we use docker hub instead of ECR?~
- Yes
~Do we want to version Strelka with our normal semver, a separate semver, or just latest?~
- Separate semver, and latest.

TODO:

~Sync these config files~
- Config files will now be built into Strelka images so that versioning applies and we don't have multiple sources. https://github.com/sublime-security/strelka/pull/4
