Key Repeat in Vintage mode not working (OS X 10.11) #201

I have tried defaults write com.sublimetext.3 ApplePressAndHoldEnabled -bool false and defaults write NSGlobalDomain ApplePressAndHoldEnabled -bool false

Worked for me in SublimeText3
